So she has said no or something very ambiguous like “I love you but I am not in love with you” or “ I believe in platonic love” or something like that and you are heartbroken. You could not make any sense out of it . Is it a rejection or an approval? How can you get her back and all sorts of questions. It is sure she has rejected you , it is not the problem but the real problem is how can you get over it ? Anguish, sadness, tension, frustration, feeling left out are some of the incomprehensible feelings you have developed deep inside the heart. Here’s how you can cope with it.

Realisation:

Realise one thing if a girl feels attracted towards you she won’t give you such ambiguous reply. She has rejected you and the more quickly you understand this, it’s better for you.

Avoid Desperate Attempts:

Avoid desperate attempts to get her back. This never works. Rejection is not going to be changed to appreciation. Please understand that she is not good enough for you and you should look out for someone who really deserves and respects you rather than harping on somebody who has no feeling for you.

Cry Out:

Yes you have heard it loud. Cry out loud if you want it will ease the pain.

Do not lose yourself:

Do whatever you can to improve yourself but remember to do it for your own sake and not for the lost love. Visit friends who really care for you and accept you for who you are. Those who demand change to love you can never love you.

Do Not Find Folly:

You may have some shortcomings that she may not like but her liking is also not the final word. Do not try hard to find your short comings. You will only make yourself miserable.
