Did you know that some foods are great healers? So if you are in great pain and you are at home, it is time you know about the comfort food. These tasty remedies can be stored in the cupboard or in the fridge and you only have to munch them or nibble at them to feel better. Spinach is easily available and so are raw almonds. You can have a glass of milk along with raw almonds and spinach salad. This works well because there is a combination of Vitamin K, Vitamin D and Calcium. This speeds up the formation of bones and helps repair the breaks. You can also have whole meal bread and also peanut butter. This helps heal the soreness in muscles.  The carbohydrates help the recovery of muscles faster and also restore the energy.

You can eat OJ smoothie, strawberry or raspberry which is a wonderful source of vitamin C and that can bring in the formation of collagen which helps in rebuilding the ligaments that are injured. Therefore if you are in pain or you need some healing of broken ligaments or tissue repair you can also depend a lot on the food that are available right at hand apart from the medicines you take. You can have these food in the cupboard and in the fridge so that you can munch away to your delight whenever you need them.
