There are times when you commit a crime against the body by enjoying booze out and by skipping the gym too. There is no use writing a long list of excuses after that. But you have to be aware that here is an end to the list of excuses.

Fish is a very important part of the diet because it goes into the muscles as protein and also contains the omega 3 which is a brain enhancing element. Too much of it however is not good for you. Most fishes contain a lot of mercury and too much consumption may damage the sperm count, memory and also the nervous system.

Of course there are some types of fishes that contain a higher amount of mercury. You must keep in mind that cutting out fish from the diet will get you a heart attack very fast and the consumption of fish cuts out the heart attack risk by forty per cent.

Don’t worry if you do not get full eight hours of sleep as due to a study recently it was found that people who slept five hours to seven hours in a night had longer mortality. It depends on individuals. While some people can manage by sleeping only three hours, some have to sleep 11 hours in the night.

It is not always wise not to enjoy the sun. Vitamin D is produced when we are exposed to sunlight. This helps the body to promote healthy bones, teeth and muscles and also to absorb the calcium. You must remember that the mid day sun is not helpful. Ten minutes out in the sun thrice a week is essential.

We should always give up on the myths that have been produced and those which cause fearful effects in our minds. We should always try to know what suits us the best and plan our health regime accordingly.
