How colon bacteria can be balanced

Your stomach is a place where there is constant war going on between the good and the bad bacteria. Hard to believe that for sure but there is a fruit that would let the good bacteria win over the bad ones and the fruit is apple. Apple skins have a fiber which is very important and it is called the Pectin. The fiber transforms the colon into something that make the stomach environment very healthy and thriving with all the important and healthy bacteria killing the bad wrong ones and making the stomach healthy.

The good bacteria in the stomach make the organ function in the proper way. These are called probiotics and they help the body processes by boosting the immunity factor in the body. According to research, what you eat definitely creates some effect in the stomach that helps in the growth of the good bacteria.

The body cannot digest the Pectin of the apples and so it ferments in the body and changes in the colon, the environment and this forms the probiotics The other probiotics include the onions, garlics, chicory root, and asparagus. These are the gut friendly fibers that help the growth of the antioxidants in the body.

Often after the intake of antibiotics the good bacteria dies down and the bad bacteria get prevalent. So the foods rich with the antioxidants help to take the level of the good bacteria up at that time.

In fact, at any one time, you have more bacteria in your body than the total number of people who have ever lived on the planet. So the next time you step on the bathroom scale, you need to remember that 1 pound of that weight is not you at all, but the billions of bugs that live in your gut. This may sound alarming, but many of these organisms are crucial to good health.

A probiotic is an organism which contributes to the health and balance of the intestinal tract. A probiotic is also referred to as the “friendly”, “beneficial”, or “good” bacteria which when ingested acts to maintain a healthy intestinal tract and help fight illness and disease.

A lower intestine that is healthy should contain good and friendly bacteria to prevent the diseases like salmonella or e coli. The word Probiotic means for life and that explains why these foods and nutrients are so important.

Probiotic helps maintain microbial balance. They prevent the growth of the fungus and the yeast and also produce the substance helping in lowering the cholesterol. Probiotics also help in treating the fungal infection and also vaginal infection, thrush and athelete’s foot.
