Your skin is the best medium of reflecting the mental stress that you are undergoing at a particular point of time. If you notice the growth of a new pimple on your face; then be careful and start taking it seriously as it has something to do with your mental framework as well. Before you apply any medication there, think whether you are in any mental stress on not. Just try to analyze how you are getting on these days. You will easily find out whether this pimple is due to any stress or not.

As far I am concerned, I find many reasons for problems like this- fatigue and insomnia being the most important ones. In the last few days, I have received few calls from a few women patients who complained of severe pain in the stomach and irregular bowel syndrome. After making through check ups, it was found that they were suffering from tremendous amount of stress that made them suffer terribly from sever and cramping pain in their stomach which also resulted in stomach disorder.

It is obvious that the diets and the lifestyles of the patients add more problems to their physical sufferings. A doctor trying to diagnose the reasons of such a disease is compelled to take all possibilities under consideration. After all tests failed to give the satisfactory outcomes, the diagnosis is made on the idiopathic symptoms in which the stress level is checked.

Following are the most common physical disorders that are caused by mental stress:

·Anxiety and depression
·Fatigue or excessive tiredness
·Headache
·Pain in the muscles, and
·Pain in the abdomen.

There can be some other common symptoms as well. They are:

·Palpitations
·Occurrence and reoccurrence of diseases like yeast infections
·High blood pressure.

The detection of the right cause of your illness is possible when you consult a doctor for that. A doctor starts examining the reasons for your diseases depending upon the symptoms that you are facing at that time. They can be the following:

·Having multiple bodily symptoms that are likely to be the reasons of different ailments.
·When you find yourself dissatisfied with different aspects of your life like work, home, work area, or school.

Before you go to a doctor, try to note the following in an organized way:

·Note the time of occurrence.
·Note the frequency and find out whether they correlate with other life processes or not.
·Rate the frequencies of the occurrence from 0 to 10. Rate it 0 when you have no symptom and rate it 10 in case of the severest one.

All these self inspections will help the doctor a lot to understand the tendency and reasons of your disease and he will be in a better condition to get the right remedy for you in lesser time.
