How to be familiar with menopause
Menopause is a normal change in a woman’s life, and every woman has to undergo this change. Dr Lesley Hickin has pointed out certain symptoms and signs.
Every woman has her own way of reacting to menopause; hence one should rightly have the knowledge of expectation, for her to healthier, and also happy. A woman should at this stage also know about the treatment types and the lifestyle transformation, which may benefit her. Though many women fear of menopause, but actually there is nothing to worry. At the same time many women see menopause as a new spirit, may be physically, sexually, spiritually, or emotionally.
Menopause: When a woman does not have periods for 12 months, and the periods have stopped on a permanent basis, it is called menopause. Woman aged between 40 to 58 experiences this. The average age for this syndrome is 51.4 years. In some cases premature menopause is also noticed, mostly in thirties, which can be persuaded by surgery or through drug treatment. On the other side some women, though less in number reaches menopause when they are 60.
The timing of menopause depends on many factors. It may be heredity also, wherein your timing may depend on your mother’s or grandmother’s timing. Smoking and without any child, may be the influencing causes for early menopause. Premature menopause may also happen if women have been exposed to cancer treatment during childhood.
It is absolutely necessary to remember that during menopause one has to be pay attention to her healthy. One should essentially take care of her lifestyle initially, to avoid heart diseases and osteoporosis.
To maintain the bone potency in adolescent stage, one should take rich and nutritious diets which have Vitamin D and calcium. Usual exercise with weight is preferable along with your nourishing diet. During your 20s, your bones attain the peak mass, thereafter the mass is dependable on body’s reaction to hormones, considering the hereditary issues and your standard of living.
