If you care for your nails, you should have a diet that has a lot of calcium in it. This is meant for healthy and strong nails. If the nails are soft and easily broken, you can buy any nail strengthener that you can get at the market anytime. That can be applied to the nails. The cuticles must be taken care of because you would not like the cuticles to harden. However, the cuticles need your attention too as they protect the nails. You should not push them back always, the way they might get damaged. When trying to open the bottle caps and tin cans you should be cautious as the nails are very delicate and they might get chipped off while trying to do so.

Nails can be kept short and sp that it does not break off. Flaky nails that are ridged happen if the hands are washed in hard water. Cream nail polish remover can be used to remove the polish and it gets your nails to breathe if the polish is not applied for some time.

Steps you have to follow to manicure the nails

You should never use any metal accessories for manicure. First, you should start by removing the old nail varnish. You have to now shape the nails with the help of an emery board. Now you can clean your hands and nails by putting your hands in the lukewarm soapy water and scrubbing them gently. Now you can use a cuticle cream around the nails with the help of ear buds. The next step is to use a nail polish remover. You can next apply a base coat. After the nails are dry, a top coat can be applied. A good hand cream or a massage cream can be used to give your hands that pampered look. A beautiful pair of hands is a woman’s best possession.
