How to do Different Weight Training Exercises?
If you want to increase the muscle mass in your body and reduce the excess flab and fat from its various parts, then there is nothing better than some weight lifting exercises for you. But you must remember that, in order to improve muscle mass, you will have work on the each part of your body simultaneously.
You can start your weight training with some light warm up exercising. You can do these exercises with light to moderate weights. With time, you can gradually increase the weight of the dumbbells and repeat the exercise more times in one session.
Run on the treadmill for a few minutes, and then do some stretching exercises. Make sure that you start from lighter weights and gradually increase them with time.
Start with lifting dumbbells in each hand and sit straight. Put your both elbows on your thighs and lift your hands towards your shoulders. This is a basic weight exercise for arms muscles.
For women, the muscles in the chest and pelvic are very important and weight training works on these muscles. To work on your shoulder and chest muscles, stand straight with your foot close together. Now, hold one dumbbell in each hand and slowly lift your arms in a way that your chest, shoulders and arms are in a straight line.
Now, slowly bring your arms back down. After repeating this exercise few times, start lifting your arms in front of you and then bringing them slowly back. This exercise improves your chest muscles.
To tone your legs and thigh muscles, you can do sit ups while lifting weights. This is extremely simple. Crouch like you are sitting on an imaginary chair and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Now while holding your arms straight and parallel to the floor stand up. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times and gradually increase the number.
There are many other weight training exercises also which can help you tone your body and reduce the disgusting flab on it.
