Most women at some stage or the other worry about sagging breasts. A weak back and tight chest muscles result in poor posture in women and sometimes pregnancy and obesity result in sagging breasts. Whatever the reason, it is quite easy to exercise the chest to prevent this. If women are genetically heavy on top, they need to exercise regularly and wear proper fitting and supportive undergarments to prevent any permanent damage to the muscles of the upper body.Firm Saging Breast

When breasts start sagging and loosing at pregnancy or illness or irregular menstruation the women require a balanced diet. Inclusion of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, calcium, salts, and minerals in sufficient quantities is essential. Breast requires maximum attention after delivery. Since it is not adviseable to do exercise one should start taking light ones like palm pressing.

Feeding style

If you tend to rest your baby on your lap and bend down while breastfeeding, your breasts are certain to sag. The way you breastfeed can help firm sagging breast. Place your elbow on a high cushion so you can cradle your baby higher in your arms. Position your baby so he sucks outwards and not downwards. Place your entire other hand under your breast, and offer it to your baby. Keep holding and supporting your breast well while breastfeeding. This will not prevent sagging, but will reduce its effect.

Unless you have breast implants, there is a huge possibility that your breast will sag eventually, especially if you have naturally full breasts. The skin surrounding your chest will lose its elasticity in due course. Women who also jog and perform strenuous exercises without using proper sports bra may also see their boobs head south in a few years. Lastly, those whose weight fluctuates every so often are also likely candidates for sagging breasts.

While you are sipping your coffee inside your favorite restaurant or café, look out the window and observe the posture of women who are passing by. You will realize that those who are slouching, with their shoulders bent, seem to have either smaller chest or sagging boobs. On the contrary, those who have upright postures seem to have fuller and bigger breasts. So what do you have to do if you are already suffering from not-so-perky boobs? You have to stand and sit up straight all the time. Remember, stomach in and chest out!

Enlarged breasts are often the result of hereditary factors or weight gain. Hormones also play a part in some cases where the breast tissue is actually more sensitive than normal to certain female hormones.Firm Sagging breasts result from poor skin tone, stretching of ligaments during pregnancy and breast-feeding, weight changes, heredity, and the aging process. Either of these conditions can be corrected with the same basic operative procedure, and thousands of women each year undergo successful surgical alteration of their breasts.

You also need to do excercise for the chest. Apply whatever you want to apply and do this. Palm to palm, ensure your arm is straight parallel when you put your palm to palm. Sit straight and push eacn other palm. do it frequently. It help to work your upper chest muscle, this will lift the breast well.
