If you are suffering from feet that smell and you cannot come close to your relatives and friends because of this embarrassing problem, here is help. There are many people who feel embarrassed due to smelly feet in
front of others. The smell comes from the bacteria that mixes with the sweat at the feet and produces some acids. This gives out a very pungent and strong smell. Those feet should not be covered with socks, rather
sandal shoes can be worn to keep the smell away.If there is less sweat, there would be less smell too. The feet should be washed regularly with soap that has antibacterial qualities. Healthy feet are to be maintained
and the feet should be prevented from further attack of bacteria. Baking soda can be mixed with the bath water and to it a few teaspoons of vinegar can be added. Juice of turnip and radish also helps in getting
rid of the bad smell on the feet. This helps to keep the feet odor free.

Changing socks everyday for feet that smell is a good habit. It should be the practice of everyone who maintains hygiene. The socks that were worn before and not washed results in smelly feet. Cotton socks are ideal as they soak up the sweat and in cotton socks the feet do not perspire so much. It is always good to wear socks of absorbent material. The feet should be able to breather free and shoes that are much closed
types tend to trap the feet and there is no air for them to breathe. The body should also be kept hydrated with lots of water intake and it is very much necessary for avoiding any bacteria attack. Smelly feet are
not much of a problem nowadays. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene would help to get rid of smelly feet and you would be able to get your beautiful feet back once again. You would now be able to mix with people closely and not be too ashamed of your feet. You can stride with self esteem and confidence.

Seems to be very good advice. Especially the one about drinking lots of water. It is really good because water helps get the toxins out of the boby.
