According to Margaret Hangerford, “beauty is in the eyes of the beholder” !! But in order to enhance that beauty and charm, one has to follow a strict routine of regular body care and skin care. We must always remember that God has gifted us with a unique body – and that it is our responsibility to make sure it is properly maintained and nourished. It means taking care of our eyes, ears, lips, hands and feet.

To beautify the body, intensive care should be taken of it which includes four easy steps -:
Adequate sleep, Exercise, Manicure, Pedicure

-Adequate sleep is indeed necessary as it provides the much needed
relaxation to our body. Absence of enough sleep will reflect on the
body in the form of dark circles under the eyes, eye-bags, drowsiness,
lack of energy, etc.

-Exercise or rather Yoga tones up our muscles, improves blood
circulation, increases concentration and stimulates the nerves.

-Manicure is an important step in the process of body care. It involves
a series of rules that has to be followed in order to keep our
fingernails healthy and strong.

-Similarly, pedicure consists of a few steps which help keeping our
feet in a good condition and to prevent foot ailments.

There are several body care tips from experts and they
suggest various home remedies too:

-Scars on hands and feet can be easily removed by rubbing them
with lemon peel.

-To get rid of cracked heels, foot should be massaged with coconut oil and immersed in lukewarm water for few minutes.

-Body should be kept clean and hydrated by using good quality moisturizers.

Many people are under the misconception that the entire process of taking care of our body includes a complicated procedure, but they are completely wrong. If one is sensible enough to follow a few simple steps daily, then maintaining a good body is not an uphill task at all.

Now that does not mean that one has to adhere strictly to a diet chart, and thus deprive herself of all delicacies. In fact, a majority of people who follow a diet regain more weight than they have lost in the long run.
