We do wonder about the healthy people’s almost disease free life style. But the fact is that the healthy people are not aliens nor they always blessed with some heavenly boon. Some of then definitely blessed with good genes indeed, but good gene is not the mandatory criteria to be healthy.

What differentiates the healthy people from the non healthy ones is their unique profile. They normally avoid the following things:

* They don’t brood over their diet and weight like psychic patients.
* They don’t try to achieve the beauty or the figure as printed on a glossy magazine cover.
* Over exercise is always avoided.
* Depression and anxiety are not favored.
* They do not consult doctor now and then nor are they over worried about germs and changing of season.
* Aging is a normal thing. They avoid brooding over getting old.
* They don’t linger the problem in the relationship.
* Medicine dependency

And their lifestyle includes the following things:

* They are emotionally adaptable. Not brooding over the past crisis and looking forward for the future increases the life span.
* For becoming adaptable it is necessary to master the adjusting ability in any situation.
* Control over life is one the key factors for having a healthy life.
* Healthy people attentive to the over stressed symptoms like lack of sleep, irregular appetite, exhaustion, lack of energy, headaches, increased cold and flu etc.  Whenever these symptoms arise they promptly try to cure them.
* Love and care are not ignored by the healthy people. In fact feeling loved wanted and useful are the master keys for a healthy life.

To achieve a healthy life you need to increase your self awareness and follow balanced life style. It is well known to all that prevention of disease is better than cure. To be more preventive you need to have healthy body as well as mind.
