Losing weight is a continuous process and maintaining proper food habit is also an essential part of weight management. You need to reduce energy intake for sure and burn more calories than you intake. Eat in less quantity so that your stomach is not full; eat again when you are feeling hungry but again in less quantity. Setting a proper diet is always a necessity while you are in a program to lose weight.

You can of course eat foods with more energy value when you are sure that you have options to burn those calories you will eat. In that way, no risk of gathering fat on your hips will be. Also, eat nutritional foods in time so that they can do the real good in your body. It is said that you should eat when you are hungry. But, do not let your stomach wait for long in hunger; the result may be indigestion or loss of appetite. It is a problem that some people always feel hungry and so they eat energy foods and put on weight.

Consume energy when you are active. Eat nutritional when you need it. Use your intelligence while eating food. Eating is not just filling your appetite but also fuelling your body. It will do well if it is fuelled properly and in time. Start your day with protein based food so that you can be ready for the whole day to work. Moreover, protein will recover your hair, skin, muscles and fight against bacteria and viruses and strengthen your body from inside. You can thus use your extra energy by the protein that was lost.

It is advisable to eat breakfast within one hour of waking in the morning. The body can use the protein you intake for muscular nutrition. Eat foods after you have ended exercise. At this stage, eating food will not allow the body to store extra energy as it will be promptly used to recover the losses.
