Most of us face at least one breakup in our love life. It is a very difficult stage. But you have to cope up with the problem. Please don’t cry or blame yourself. It’s not your fault. Don’t forget that end of a relationship does not mean the end of the world. There are many things that will make you feel better. Remember you are worthy:

If any guy leaves you its not your bad luck. Rather he is unfortunate to lose a worthy partner like you.

Chocolate delight:
Yes chocolate has the feel good factor. If you are depressed have some chocolate preferably the dark one.

New chapter:
Make this end a beginning of your life. Refresh yourself and make your life anew.  Remember the future is waiting – miles to go before you sleep.

Start shopping:
Well shopping is a thing that must make you feel better. Buy a new pair of shoes or brand new attire which will make your more trendy and fantastic on your nest date.

Make others feel better:
We generally do a lot of things to boost up our mood. Try once to give pleasure to others. You will notice that this will give a divine peace. Instead of having a bowl full of ice cream you can share it with your family members or you can also give an ice cream treat to some children. Remember ultimately your good deeds would be rewarded.

At last you need to remember your life is in your hand. It is you who can make it good ban or happening. Do not loose hope or positive spirit. Never ever look down upon your qualities. Everyday is not the same. If you are ditched today that does not mean that you always be ditched. Don’t forget what poet said ‘If winter comes can spring be far behind?’.
