Wrinkles are natural phenomena that happen to the skin when along with age the skin looses elasticity. However premature aging is quite depressing and can make you  go wild and at that moment you can do anything to make them disappear. Obviously you can go for all those artificial treatments like injecting toxin botox, chemical peels and other creams that have flooded the market or you can go the healthy and natural way to take good care of the skin in order to delay the ageing process.

AHA: One of the most effective compound that can control skin wrinkles. They are actually a Vitamin A derivative of milk and work by clearing the skin of all the dead cells. They can arrest the growth of free radicals and also helps in the production of collagen that helps in filling up of the wrinkles.

Clean It up: Cleaning up of the skin is a very important daily routine that you should always follow. Cleaning removes the dead skins and cells and also prevents the pores from getting clogged. It helps the skin to breathe freely and also help in the delayed appearance of the wrinkles. Here are some home made herbal tips that you can follow:

-Mix ripe papaya with oat meal and apply all over the skin. Leave for ten minutes before washing it off in gentle round motions. Papaya has fruit acids that reduce wrinkles and the oats clean up the skin by scrubbing.

-Apart from this you can also use the exfoliating scrubs available in the market t clean up the skin.

Moisturize it: Moisturize the skin properly to make it more hydrated. Slit open a aloe plant and then scoop out the gel and apply all over the face.

Puree avocado pulp and then apply all over the face and eave it off for ten minutes before washing it off.

Apply milk directly on the face as it has AHAS.

You can also depend on the moisturizers available in the market but make sure it suits your skin type. Always go for sun protection creams.

Change Your Diet: A slight change in the food habit can yield very good results. Drink plenty of water and avoid smoking. Nicotine adversely harms the skin.
