Let us discuss love foods today. These are food that makes you feel love in your heart and have aphrodisiac elements in them. These foods are wheat germ, anchovies and garlic. It is good if you can bring passion and love into your elements by taking some food. Garlic gives a lot of stamina and strength and it has antibiotic and antiseptic qualities. This helps to clean up the body and tone the body. An American scientist has to say that the smell of raw garlic is almost the same as the vaginal discharge of a woman when she is aroused sexually.

Sea foods like anchovies are very rich in salt, phosphorus, and other trace elements that are needed by us constantly. The wheatgerm is present in the bread which is also rich in Vitamin E. There are some vitamins which are called love vitamins or fertility vitamins and this helps to treat all impotence and sterility problems.

You can try making an aphrodisiac pizza for your partner. This can be topped with tomato, basil, mushroom, asparagus and anchovies.

Why not spice it all up with aphrodisiac elements that suit him/her the best? Caraway is a love potions and an ingredient that has been in use since the past. It was much in vogue in Egypt and ginger is also a hot spice which is referred to as a love stimulant.

The pheromones in the body attract the partner as they tend to excite the sexual center of the brain. Kamasutra the Indian love guide mentions, sugar, honey and ghee along with liquorice and milk to be used as a nectar drink before making love. These taken together in small proportions would leave your love life sprouting and flowering for many years to come.

A warm bath with cardamom, black pepper, jasmine, orange blossom, juniper, sandalwood, rose  are all aphrodisiacs that act as love potion to enhance the power of love in you.
