Early menopause symptoms can really put a damper on the way you live your life. This is especially true if you experience these symptoms before the age of 30. You may feel like your time in the reproductive area was cut short.

There are many reasons why you may experience early symptoms. One of the reasons is because of surgery where an ovary is removed. This surgery can signal a change to the hormones, which brings about menopause early.

Getting early symptoms is a lot easier to understand if you take the time to learn about what you are dealing with. There are many women are so surprised with the conditions they are experiencing that they spin into a depressive state that is hard to bounce back from.

You may notice both physical and emotional signs of early menopause. Some of the emotional signs include getting mood swings, anxiety, memory lapse, fatigue, and more.

Depending on your personality, the physical signs may really affect your outlook on life as well. Some of the outward menopause symptoms include tingling skin, electric shock feelings, sore muscles, hair loss, and more.

Of course, there are also the old stand bys like hot flashes and fatigue as well. These early symptoms can be very upsetting to have, but they are certainly a natural part of life.

There is one thing to keep in mind if you are experiencing early menopause. Even if your period stops, don’t think that it’s safe to have sex without using birth control! In the early stage it is very possible to still be fertile until everything settles down in a sense.

Some careful observance can go a long way toward helping you to understand your early start. The more in tune you become with your body, the better prepared you will be to handle the changes that are coming your way.

Remember, even if you’re under 40 it is still possible to experience early menopausal symptoms. Everyone is different, so just be prepared for the changes to come.
