The human body is the most complicated machine in the world as it has several parts in it which work continuously till a man lives. When it comes to the female body, the severity becomes manifold as a female body differs in many aspects in features and these features make a female body more different and more complex.
Menopause is a certain phase of life that comes in the female body generally in the age of mid 40s. This phase is not very pleasing to the body of the woman as it brings many painful experiences to her.
Step One: Peri-menopause:
This is the pre menopausal phase during which hormone levels keep on changing rapidly. Oestrogen declines slowly and progesterone is produced. Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) is triggered during the cycles which cause hot flushes. During this stage some cycles are ‘anovulatory’ while other cycles produce more than one egg making twins more likely if conception takes place at the right stage or time. There are certain signs that show distinct indications of pre menopause stage. Some of those signs are listed here:
These hot flushes can be extremely troublesome for the women who suffer from pre menopause stage. They experience those flushes many times a day and things can get worse at night. To reduce this painful experience, you are advised to have a diet which is rich soya products. Also try to take wholesome foods at times. According to a survey made in this regard, it is found that this problem is found less in the vegetarian societies, so a diet rich in pulses and other vegetarian ingredients can be very helpful for you to get rid of this painful situation whereas alcohol and caffeine can be very harmful for you in this situation.
Sage is found to be a good and effective remedy for you to counter this disease. You can take a sage tea made from sage leaves three times daily. Some other medicines are also advised depending upon the flush and symptoms of the perimenopause stage of the disease.
