Nothing To Sneeze At Allergies
November 25, 2008
It is very difficult to find one single person who has not suffered the terrible irritation of allergies. It reddens up your eyes, causes sneezing, wetly nose and accompanying throat pain and irritation. Allergies are really mysterious and no one has yet found out why certain things cause allergies in some persons while some remains totally unaffected by it.
According to some scientist, allergies are caused by the over active immunization process of the body. In certain cases the body treats certain substances as external threat and secret immunoglobin. It tries to remove the causative agent from the body through every way possible. So next time whenever you sneeze or your nose runs wet remember that your body is trying to get rid of the external agents that has entered the body. Again there are chances that if you have spent a greater part of your life in clean homes then also the body may produce histamine when it comes in contact with any unknown substances.
You cannot live with allergies throughout the life and it is also not possible to clear the air surrounding you all the time and get locked up at home. So what are the effective measures you can take? Actually there are many effective measures. Firstly use can use Sleep Comfort’s Pillow and mattresses that prevent the penetration of deadly dust mites. Apart from this vacuum cleaners are also good measure. They can suck up the dust mite and will also help you to keep your house clean. Air Purifiers are also quite effective as they reduce negative ions from the air though medical tests are yet to prove its effect.
Apart from this, make sure that you keep your house dry and get anti allergic washing machines. Another whacky method is to get hypo allergic pets genetically produced by Allerca. If you are uncashed up then at least maintain a safe distance from your pets and give them a bath every week at least. If everything fails then go for the medicines with anti histamins that are guaranteed cure for the allergies even if temporary.

I have been suffering from some sort of allergy for years. Its causes severes bout of sneezing, itchy eyes and runny nose. I used to take a nasal spray from doctors but decided to look for an alternative solution. My Homeopath says its early days yet for recovery but I am very doubtful. Anyone got any ideas?
