Physical Symptoms Of Stress

I, personally, feel and realize that the mental and physical stress play a major role on the health of my skin. The effect of these stresses can be seen very clearly on my skin and my face. I also realize that these things are inevitable in this present age as it is the age where you can not think anything better than that.

The extra workload causes fatigue and insomnia which cause pimples on my face. In the beginning I was ignorant of the stress factor and I visited the physician who told me about the stress factor for the first time. In order to improve the quality of my skin, I was asked to keep a constant watch on my mental conditions and advised me to take stress from anything. He also advised me to keep myself from those conditions that gave me unwanted stress.

With the help of my physician, I got two phone calls from two different agencies that took care of health related matters. Both the calls were remarkably same as both calls made me think that many physical symptoms are seen because of the mental and physical stress. I now realize that there are many women who suffer from these disorders and are quite ignorant of the reasons.

As per the guidelines of the doctors, I can find the following disorders that are caused by the stress:

·Disorders related to mood like anxiety and depression

·Headaches

·Uneasiness in the muscles

·Extreme tiredness

Apart from these symptoms, the following are also found quite occasionally:

·Irregular blood pressure

·Irregular palpitation

·Frequent reoccurrence of disease like yeast infections

Now, the question is when you should start taking those symptoms seriously:

·It is when you suffer from many symptoms at one point of time.

·It is when you realize that they improve during the time when thought of relaxing.

·When you feel dissatisfied with one or more aspects of your life.

According to the advice of the doctor, you should maintain a diary to note down these things as and when they occur. Intimate this to your doctor if the frequency of the occurrence increases considerably.

By keeping a continuous eye on your physical conditions, you will be able to counter your ailments of stress. So be very careful about it and live a healthy life.
