There are number of problems one has to face while raising a child. Indiscipline, anger or other problems are often faced by a child in adolescent age. Parents are to tackle these problems judiciously. We tell you how!

INDISCIPLINE: Indiscipline behavior of child can be curbed if the child is well involved. Take interest in what your child is doing in the school the day through. Involve him in playful activities. This way, he will have less chance to engage in indiscipline behavior.

ANGER: Children are prone to get angry at the slightest point. They feel unloved if their demands are not fulfilled. This makes them feel humiliated and agitated. Make your child understand others emotions. Explain them in a nice way. If you are angry too, then the child will be more! Children understand the language of love better than any other, so take that way. Compensate with some chocolates!

FEAR: Do not engage in ghost stories at night as they add to children’s fear. Have a light-hearted chat with your child in the night. Make your child sleep separately from a young age. This will help to boost confidence in them.

DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD TURN LAZY: Do not let your child take an afternoon nap (if he’s not unwell). Instead, engage him in some sport or physical activity.

AVOID TELEVISION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE: Shut down the television before sleep. The effect of television hampers proper sleep. Even loud music affects sound sleep.

ESTABLISH ROUTINES: Establish routines for a day. Brushing before going to bed, bed-time stories, sleeping in time, etc are common ones. If your child is routine-bound, he/she will be more disciplined and healthy as well.

So follow these simple rules and you will have no problems in raising up your child properly! Remember, a disciplined, well-maintained child is the reflection of his efficient parents!
