Propecia For Hair Loss – Side Effects And Usage
Appearance matters a lot to each of us. And our hair forms an integral part of our persona, apart from defining our face. Hair fall has always been a major concern for us. Constant hair loss, due to reason whatsoever, may lead to baldness even, adding to the embarrassment.
Many people sink into a state of depression out of that, especially women, as our social structure doesn’t accept women baldness! But the days of worry are over. You can reach out to some of the real good treatments for hair fall these days. Try out medicine like Minoxidil or better still, Propecia. Propecia (Finasteride) is more helpful in treating baldness in men, especially mid-scalp zone and vertex.
Propecia, in collaboration with our body’s natural defense mechanisms, practically blocks the production of the very root cause of hair fall, the hormone DHT (dihydrotestosterone). In fact, Propecia is having a very impressive track record of augmenting hair growth by around 80% in just 3-6 months! Propecia (Finasteride) comes handy in tablet form and should be popped one tablet a day, either empty stomach or post meals. The suggested dosage of 1 mg may vary as per health condition or age of patient. An occasional skipping of one day dose is alright, but you should continue with the usual dose agenda, rather than going for double dose the next day. Patients with liver ailments are not encouraged to take Propecia (Finasteride) for treating hair fall-may be they should go for lower doses.
Female hair loss might not be treated with Propecia, and, especially it’s not recommended for pregnant women, as it is very likely to have side-effects. Allergic reactions such as soar throat, lack of breath, inflammation of lips, face or tongue seem to be some of common side effects. One more application of Propecia is to reduce the dimension of benign tumor of the prostate gland. So, don’t be scary about hair loss any more. Propecia can really take care, and give you the great look and personality you always had.
