This influenza virus is particularly causes during winters and spreads easily through sneezing and coughing.
Though normally people easily recover from flu within a week, in some cases the infection may be critical and lead to serious complications especially in aged people or people having chest and heart disorder.
So, in case you are over 65 or suffering from some long term ailment like heart disease, diabetes or asthma, you must protect yourself. Take the flu vaccine which is available free of cost from the NHS for all those with age above 65 or with long term disorders.
