You are thoroughly worried and why not in the last 3 months you have gained a lump some 10 kgs and there’s no way you can get rid of it. Your jeans have become tight and probably you are looking to go for a wardrobe change. But wait a little, do you know there are very efficient diet plans and programs that can help you reduce weight within a short span of time without affecting your health?

When talking about diet how can one forget the benefits of the salads? Even some of the most famous Hollywood stars have completely shifted to salad diets to maintain an hourglass figure. They are not only delicious if prepared correctly but they also have all the nutrients you need for functioning of the body. Follow the list below to get some idea about tasty diet salads.

Veg Salads:

Now if the vegetable title has made you sour faced about the taste then wait. Some of the ingredients in the vegetable salads like salad oil, olive oil, lettuce, cheese, corn if added perfectly can make your salad tastier than any recipe in this world.

Try the corn salad. To make it mix ripe corn, capsicums of various colors like red, green, yellow, lemon, pepper and a dash of warm olive oil in a big salad bowl. You won’t forget the taste quickly that’s for sure. You can also try the cheese salad. For this mix onions, capsicums, cheese and tomato in a bowl. Serve before or after the main course.

Non Veg Salad:

For those of you who cannot live a single day without a bite in fish or meat here is one mouth watering recipe. Take shredded tandoori chicken, lettuce, a tablespoonful of curd, finely chopped onions, chillies and capsicums . Mix them well. Easy to prepare and great in taste.
