Shrimp salad with fresh lemon juice

Here is a simple recipe that you can prepare for your friends if you have called them just like that for spending the evening with you. Enjoy this mouth watering preparation while you sit together.This is also good if you are on a diet plan and this dish is filling and yet help you with dieting.

Ingredients you can use

1 mug of kosher salt, 6 mugs of cold water, 2 and 1/2 pounds of standard sized shrimp, shelled and veins removed, 3 tablespoons of thick cream, 1/2 mug of mayonnaise1 1/2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoons of thinly grinded  lime zest, ?/4 mug of finely cubed celery, 2 tablespoons of chopped dill, 1 tablespoon of garlic chives sliced finely

Add Pepper grinded freshly and sea salt, according to your taste

1. Take up a huge saucepan; fill it with water and salt. Let it boil. Now set up a ice bowl.

2. Take a large bowl of water and add the kosher salt in it. Let it boil. Now add the shrimp and let it remain for 30 seconds. After that, clean them well. Now add these baby prawns into the hot water and cook until they turn hard and pink in color for around 2-3 minutes. Dry the shrimps by draining out all the water.

3. Take up a bowl and whip the thick cream until it turns hard.  In a bowl, beat the cream until stiff. Add the mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, mix them together and then blend in the dill, garlic chives and the celery.  Whisk in the mayonnaise, lime juice and zest, and stir in the celery, dill and chives. Put in the baby prawns and stir nicely.  Add the shrimp and toss well. Add sea salt and grinded pepper for flavor.

That’s it. Your Shrimp salad with fresh lemon juice is ready to be served. Serve it will all the love and good feelings in your heart and you are sure to win their hearts in no time.
