Skin care regimen at home
You look what you eat and that also depends on how healthy you are. A facial will usually make you look beautiful and make your skin look fresh and clear but that is not enough. At home you need to follow a skin care regimen. You must follow regular healthy habits to make your skin dewy fresh and glowing. You may eat a lot of vegetables, fruits and leafy vegetables. Good nutrition is a good step towards having a healthy skin. You also have to drink lots of water every day. Excessive drinking, smoking and excessive exposure to sun are a blockage to having good and clear skin. You can start by finding out a good beauty therapist for yourself. You can come across some real professional people after a search on the internet. She can look after your beauty needs on a regular basis after you are compatible with her.
First you can go for a deep cleansing of the face. This can happen through proper facial care and through 4-6 sittings with the therapist. The soap is not a good face wash and that can be kept aside. Natural from-the-kitchen recipes serve your daily needs but you can also get some face wash across the counter for a daily care routine.
You might have to invest in some products gradually. Don’t get too hasty and squander all your money. You can always decide for yourself or ask the therapist which products to buy first and then go on to buy the others. On a sun less cloudy day we usually don’t apply sun screen cream but that’s a wrong notion. You have to apply a sun screen with high SPF. Age usually shows on your back of hands, chest and neck and so these areas are to be covered with sunscreen cream. Apart from applying sunscreen cream, it should be a regular regimen of cleansing, moisturizing and toning the face.
The right cleansing and scrubbing is necessary for your face to get rid of all the flakes of
dry skin and let you have a blemish free skin in a few weeks. Healthy and smooth skin is the talk of the town and if you have such skin half your problems is solved. With the right application of very less makes up you can get the look that is desired.
