One of the most troublesome yet persistent problems faced by women is the skin problem. Today’s hectic lifestyle, heavy makeup and lack of skin care have resulted in all these problems. There are also some problems which are caused during certain phases in a woman’s life like during the onset of puberty, after menopause and also during pregnancy.

One of the most common skin problems seen in women is the pimples and acne. They may be quite ugly and even after they are cured they may leave ugly black marks that are really difficult to remove and often may lead to deep pores and scars in the skin. At the onset of puberty they are basically caused by the hormonal changes in the body and also at the decrease of oestrogen after menopause.

These generally disappear after a few months but the pimples that develop due to excessive use of makeup and cosmetics are truly dangerous. Often due to certain internal problems like constipation they may appear. Again skin ageing and loosening is a typical problem that happens in the case of women quite earlier than men. Regular skin treatment from an early stage can make your skin look more young and tight. Apart from this excessive use of hair color can cause skin irritation, pigmentation, eye irritation and skin rashes. In this case it is better to go natural. Apply henna to your hair and leave it for one hour for conditioning and more than 5 hours for dark coloring.

Another problem is cracked heel. This happens mostly in case of middle aged women and can be cured with proper moisturazation of the foot skin. Remember one thing good lifestyle and healthy eating habit can cure many skin problems automatically without the help of medicines and creams.
