Work loads, pressure, tension in both professional and personal life contribute tremendously towards insomnia. It has been proved that those who do not get enough sleep can show problems regarding concentration, immunity, blood pressure along with dark circles and premature ageing. There is also some necessity to try out relaxing and yoga for proper sleep. Do some meditation, have a bath before sleeping. When you will do it for a long time then your body will respond to this positively and will relax while going to sleep. However if these techniques do not work you can always try out some medicine.
