Steps to Breast Massage for Breast Enhancement

The breasts are always a point of concern for women, a focus of physical feminine beauty. Aside from the need for the breasts to be healthy, most women desire to make their breasts appear beautiful – firm, shapely and perky. There are many women in the world who would not hesitate to spend thousands of dollars going through breast augmentation or breast reduction surgery or any other cosmetic procedure available just to get their breasts molded into the shape and size that they want.

Breast self massage differs from the breast self exam in the attitude of how one approaches the breasts. Where the breast self exam is a diagnostic tool to search and find problems in the breasts, breast self massage works to familialize ourselves with our breasts and more importantly, to maintain a healthy attitude toward the breasts.

Steps to Breast Massage

1. To drain the lymph fluid from the breast, a common massage stroke is a gentle radial outward stroke from the nipple to the outer edge of the breast. This is done by applying light pressure starting from the centre of the breast and making several strokes outwards from the nipple.

2. Hold your breast. But, instead of squeezing it out, give it a twirling kind of motion. Rotate your hands (and thus the breast) in a clockwise motion, followed by an equal anticlockwise motion. Continue this for about ten times.

Use a breast enhancing cream or lubricant – preferably a quality one with natural stimulating herbs and botanicals (see our reviews page for info on Benefil) – of your choice to help prevent friction and increase the enjoyment and relaxation of the massage for a more pleasurable and therapeutic experience. This can be an herbal mixture – there are some good ones out there that really do help to promote firmess and breast tone, while creating a larger and more rounded look.

To give yourself a breast enlargement massage, lie down and make yourself comfortable. As with a breast self exam, put one arm above your head as you massage. Apply light to moderate pressure while you knead the breast tissue. Start at the bottom and move up counterclockwise for best lymphatic drainage. Slowly massage up and toward the underarm. Don’t apply so much pressure that it is painful or uncomfortable. Take about five minutes for each breast for a thorough massage. This should be done everyday as part of your breast care ritual and can even be done several times a day. Make some time for it each day and enjoy the benefits. You can even have your partner give you a hand with the massage.
