The world events in the 21st century has led us to accept the inevitability of happenings and the powerlessness over everything, a condition that makes us feel stressful at all times. Life gets difficult to steer forth with newer challenges coming up in our lives. With this adding up of stress at home, on the roads, at work, in business and everywhere else, we need more of internal calm and personal peace.

We need to feel there is inner peace within all of us which needs to be brought out through meditation, through some quality time spent with the family, through communion with Nature, as we are always reminded of the transience of life. With more contemplations and reflections on life, we delve deep into a soul searching.

Amidst our daily chores at home or in office a little bit of personal time is very much essential for all of us to have to know and feel ourselves better. Practically thinking, we can give off a lot of stress by proper time management, not giving in to fear or negative emotions, keeping things in propriety and proper perspective and being in touch with joy.

Feeling love within yourself for your loved ones, your family, your spouse and friends is very important. If you feel love within yourself you would soon have love from others too. The love you feel for others would shine out and that would soon lessen the gap between the rest of the world and you. You can start sensing this from now on and see the change it brings in your thinking and activities.
Overall wellness is possible if we take life easy and live in joy. People struggling with financial hardships, loss, disease, disability would find some sense of comfort being in your presence. Your inner beauty would shine out to others if you are a relaxed and positive person in the true sense of the terms.
