Stretch marks and their impact
Stretch marks are the red or pink streaks on the skin that appear on the bottom, the thighs, the breasts or in the arms. These marks are associated with pregnancy but stretch marks may occur otherwise too. These stretch marks appear when the skin rapidly expands and then contracts as the person gets thinner. Men also get stretch marks at times. Stretch marks cause a tear in the lower part of the skin but with no tea at the upper layer.Women have this uncanny fear about stretch marks and they believe that stretch marks spoil the looks of a person. The stretch marks may gradually disappear with the progress of time. Different ways have been found that helps remove the stretch marks. The ebst way is of course not to get them. The breast can be given an oil massage and the same goes for abdomen. This helps the skin to get softer and avoid the occurrence of stretch marks. Wearing a post pregnancy belt also holds the skin back and helps the marks to disappear.
There are surgical procedures that are known as tummy tuck but this should be done by an experienced surgeon and this would involve visits to the laser treatment center. There are a few ointments available in the markets that help remove such marks. Laser surgery is perhaps the best answer. Stretch marks are harmless and they bring no itchiness, pain or discomfort and there is no need to worry about them happening. They tend to fade away with time. Olive oil and some other oils pay a great role in removing stretch marks. The stretch marks that happen during the first pregnancy do not get much bigger during the other pregnancies. When the skin contracts the stretch marks disappear and the skin rebinds. Therefore there is no cause to worry about the stretch marks, overtly.
