Some women can make out the time they conceive while others find it difficult and have to go through a series of pregnancy tests and check out on the symptoms before they are really sure they are pregnant. You can check out on the common signs and symptoms of pregnancy here as follows.

The tender nipples can make you feel that you are pregnant and this can happen within three weeks of conceiving. The nipples can also get swollen to some extent. Cramping and slight spotting can also be noticed. It is spotty and scanty and is not heavy like periods, and it does not follow the normal bleeding pattern. Cramping can be noticed in early stages of pregnancy. The darkening of areolas is also common as the nipples extend in diameter. Extreme fatigue is felt at this stage. That is because the body goes through a number of changes when you are pregnant. This will get reduced in the twelfth week of pregnancy. When you get up in the morning, you experience nausea and it is referred to as morning sickness. But the nausea can occur anytime. Frequent urination is also a common symptom. This is when the baby grows inside and the uterus grows bigger in size and puts pressure on the urinary bladder.

There could be some changes in the bowel movement and often many women have to suffer from constipation. There is also a change in the basal body temperature. You would miss a period which would be the first and the most positive sign of being pregnant. You can also have a pregnancy test done and if it proves to be in the negative, you should still not give up hope and if the other symptoms match, you can go for a pregnancy test later.
