The Culprits Behind Headache
If you always thought that too much of alcohol, inadequate sleep and caffeine is amounting for that splitting headache, then you should give it a second thought. There are many other uncanny reasons behind this menace. Here’s a list as to which other reasons are there behind it.
TIGHT CLOTHES: Tight clothes and belts constrict the abdomen and cause headaches. If you squeeze your stomach too much, your head might ache badly as well. So, wear comfortable clothes and don’t strangle your abdomen too much while eating.
GASTRONOMY: Eating very spicy food, fasting or skipping meals inflames the stomach lining and lead to headaches. So, avoid spicy, junk food. Drink ample amount of water. Have antacid if there’s a possibility of acidity.
FRAGNANCE MATTERS: There are certain unusual smells that causes bad headache. Like the smell of certain incense triggers headaches. Avoid pungent smelling deodorants.
CAFFEINE OVERDOSE: If you are having a bad headache and gulp a cup or two of coffee, it might be more problematic. Caffeine triggers migraine and causes bad headache. Avoid eating too much of chocolate. Look for the monosodium glutamate content in the food. It triggers migraine.
BRAIN FREEZE: “Brain Freeze” comes along with consumption of chilled food and beverages. Avoid this by having beverages and chilled tin food slowly.
ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS: Uncertain changes in climatic or weather conditions cause bad headaches. Pressure changes in flights due to gravity triggers headache. Pollution, smoke, dust or shabby and stuffy rooms with bad ventilation causes headache. Avoid staying in rooms which is stuffy. Always keep your room airy. Also, make sure to wear a mask while dusting a dirty room.
FASHION: Heavy earrings, tightly-pulled hairstyle causes head throbbing. Always wear light jewelry if you are prone to this sort of problem.
So, here are some unusual culprits that trigger insufferable headache. Keep this in mind and lead a healthy life!
