The Problem of Freckles
Freckles are minor reddish skin rashes that generally appear on the fair skin and are caused almost exclusively by the sun rays UVA and UVB. They are very common among a lot of skin types and many refer to them as angel kisses. Whatever they may be called but you also surely agree with the fact that the skin without them look much glowing and nice. However there is only one way to cure freckles and that is avoid the sun. They generally disappear or get reduced during the chilly winters when the sun rays are weakest. But what about the summer? How can you prevent freckles during the summer? Here are some suggestions:
Sunscreen:
Sunscreen is the best way to avoid skin freckles and rashes. Before going out in the sun make sure to apply sunscreen generously over the face and then wait for at least 15 minutes going out in the sun. It is better to use sunscreen with a wide spectrum protection and parasol. It is a proven protection against freckles.
Re Apply:
If you are going t be out in the sun for a long time then re apply the sunscreen after every 3 hours and after applying do not wipe your face. If the weather s too hot then go for non greasy sunscreens.
Avoid the Sun:
IT is always better to avoid the sun rays between 12-2 pm when the sun rays are strongest. It may cause skin irritation and which may aggravate the condition.
Protection:
It is not possible to carry an umbrella always but it is the best protection against the sun. If not carrying an umbrella it is always advised to wear sunglasses and wide brimmed hat that can give protection to the facial skin against the harmful rays of the sun. Sunbathing and tanning is a sure no no in case of freckles.
