Tips to make new mummies feel fabulous
If you are a new mum you know what it is like to be time-poor. You are suddenly under an avalanche of new tasks and responsibilities for the new baby. Alison Porter the life coach comes to the rescue with some helpful advice. You obviously do not feel great if you have to give up on the idea of sleep and have to have a lot of patience. Here are some important tips that give you some ideas of getting back to your usual stylish self.
You have to put yourself as a priority because if you do not no one else will. When there is a new baby in the family there is a plethora of activities around but don’t feel guilty if you are not able to give 24 hours time to your baby. If you exhaust yourself very fast, you would not be able to give your 100 per cent anyway. So if you are a more joyful mom with a more relaxed attitude and a peaceful ambience you can help others to stay better too.
If you do not want to feel like a martyr then you can take very good care of yourself from the very first day. You can take out small stretched of time for yourself and remember that you are a human being in your own right.
Even if you do not have the respite to go out on a dinner as well with friends you can take time out to take a cup of coffee with your favorite biscuits and some music to entertain yourself. This is the time when you can use a special diary to write out the special plans for your future ideas concerning anything because penning down your thoughts always help you to remember them well.
You can spend a little time loving your body too because it has undergone a lot of changes in the past months and you can pamper it to a massage, a manicure or a facial. You can follow this beauty routine so that you always feel better. This will help keep your self esteem turbo-charged. It does not take much time to give something special to yourself but remember to do that with a little bit of creativity and feeling. Bringing up your child will always be a joyous experience for you.
