Treat your Bad Mood

When you become ill you visit your physician and take medicines as per his advice and go back to the healthy condition. But what medicine will you take to cure your ban mood. Mood often fluctuates time to time and if even affects our daily jobs. With a good mood you even can do the most difficult jobs at ease. So it is very necessary to turn your bad mood. But how to do it? David Zinczenko in his book The Abs Diet for Women suggests foods for our bad moods. Yes proper food is the medicine for bad moods. Here are some tips and recipes:
Food for gloom:
Zinczenko suggests low-fat, low-protein, and high-carbohydrate snack for gloominess. High carb foods are not get over powered by the protein and fats and amino acid flows through the brain and changes into serotonin. It encourage the good mood. Avoid taking high sugared chocolates because it has only temporary effect. On the other hand you can certainly go for the toasted whole-wheat English muffin with blueberry. Like dishes like
Air-popped popcorn, Plain oatmeal with a little milk and honey,Bagel with banana slices and agave nectar can be taken when you feel blue.
Food for depression:
omega-3s, found in fatty fish like salmon, herring and tuna are excellent for depression. If you conscious of mercury, you can certainly go for wild Pacific salmon, shrimp, summer flounder, farmed catfish, croaker, haddock, and mid-Atlantic blue crab. Roasted salmon and other recipes can be suggested for depression.
Food boringness:
If you feel dull and boring a cup of coffee can boost up your energy level. According to Zinczenko maximum three cups of coffee can be taken during a whole day.
Food for irritable mood:
Tiredness and bad temper are directly related. Heavy evening meal can hamper your sound sleep at night and as result of this you would feel sleepy during the day time. So don’t take more than 500 calories in dinner and add cooper rich foods like chicken, bananas and avocadoes in your diet. Copper will help you to take better rest. The dishes like Stuffed chicken breasts, banana pudding, banana bread and bananas foster are a good source of mineral copper.
Food for extreme tiredness:
Are you feeling extreme tiredness while doing your normal regular activities? Well this may a result of less sleep. But if this feeling continues for a long time you need to consult your doctor because this can be a result of iron deficiency or anemia.
Women of childbearing age mostly suffers fro anemia. Absence or presence of less amount of iron in your diet may cause anemia. If the iron is not absorbed in the body properly then also you may have anemia. Iron in vegetables, beans and grains are less absorbable than the iron in the animal protein. Shrimp, lean beef, skin-free dark chicken or turkey meat, or fish can provide you sufficient iron.
