The human body has a number of parts and organs. All the organs have their own importance and uses. They all work to make the body perform smoothly. You can not ignore or deny the importance of these body parts. Therefore, you must take care of all the parts of your body so that they can function well for a long time.

If you observe the work of all the parts of your body, you will probably realize that your hands are the most useful parts of your body and you must be very careful to take care of both of your hands. You can easily feel that you can not do anything without your hands as both the hands do most of the works for you except walking and running. They are the most active part of your body which you can not tolerate going out of order. Therefore you must do something to keep them active till you live. It is an important part of your everyday life to provide enough strength so that they can function perfectly.

-Try to keep your hands soft even when you cook or do any other job to maintain your household. To keep them soft, you must add one teaspoonful of almond oil to water. This water softens your skin while the oil keeps the moisture intact in your skin.

-It is good to use a solution of sea salt and lemon on your skin. This solution sloughs down the dead cells of your skin. Apply this treatment twice on your skin with a toothbrush to soften your hand and to avoid discoloration of your skin.

-Make a mixture of honey and olive oil and apply it to your hands after washing your hands thoroughly with warm water. Then put your hands in a plastic bag for sometime. This treatment is very effective for you to keep your hands softer.

-Take a glass of warm milk and soak your hands into it for five to ten minutes. The lactic acid present in the milk along with natural alpha hydroxyl acid pampers your hands and maintains the moisture in it. It also keeps the nail in good condition.
