Sleep Apnea Is Worse Than Smoking: Research says, sleep apnoea is worse than smoking. Sleep apnea is the periodic interference with breathing and causes load snoring. This interruption is caused by excessive relaxation of airway muscles while sleeping. Wearing a CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) will help you cope up with this problem.
