Warm Chicken tacos with Guacamole are a very tasty Mexican recipe, actually snacks that can be eaten at the lunch time or at the dinner as you wish. It’s really very simple and can actually be prepared by the kids also though with adult supervision. The recipe takes about 15 minutes to cook and 30 minutes to prepare and will serve 10 persons. All the kids’ gang can enjoy a great treat at a minimum time.

Basically this cooking involves three steps. First is the preparation of the chicken, then Guacamole and then the taco shells.

To prepare then chicken first remove the skin and the bones and shred it finely. Then heat a pan and then add fry the chicken. After frying for some time add the carrots and the tomatoes and then fry for some time and remove from the heat. Pour the taco sauce in the pan and cook it until it is hot. Remove it from the heat and pour it over the chicken and mix well.

The preparation of the Guacamole is really very easy. For this take the avocados and cut them. Then remove the stone and flesh it out and mash it with a fork. After that mix sour cream and lemon juice. Mix well and keep that in the refrigerator.

Now at last you have to roast the taco shells. Heat the oven and place the taco shells in it with the temperature of 180 degree centigrade for 7 minutes and by this time it will be crisp and ready.
Now take the shell, place the lettuce, then the chicken filling and then pour over the Guacomole and then enjoy. Its healthy, it’s easy and can be made within few minutes. So go on try it.
