So try and have your last meal of the day before the sun sets. In case you feel hungry later, you can grab an apple or have some light meal that’s easy to digest.
2. You Look What You Eat: Experts claim that your last meal of the day should be the lightest. This aids in dual manner. Firstly, light food helps in early digestion. Secondly, you do not add on unnecessary calories. In fact, you should opt for light soups for dinner.
