Are you aiming at flawless, glamorous skin? May be these simple tips will help you cope up with these skin woes.

BLEMISHES: Blemishes make the skin look ugly and dull. These are caused by constant sun exposure, junk food binges and also heavy makeup. If you are taking a lot of birth-control pills, the situation may worsen.
REMEDY: Use a good cleansing milk to clear the clogged pores of your skin. Ensure a healthy diet and consume a lot of fluid. Always wear a light makeup. Avoid oil.

WRINKLES: Excessive sun exposure, smoking and air pollution can cause premature wrinkles.
REMEDY: Use a good sunscreen preferably with SPF 25 or above. Apply a pollution-control powder on your face while going out. Ensure a healthy diet and work out regularly. Do not lose or gain weight too often. This causes skin to sag. You can also go for a natural remedy. Mash an avocado and apply it to your skin once a week.

DRY PATCHES: Skin patches are usually caused by hyperpigmentation.
REMEDY: The most effective remedy for dry patches is keeping yourself hydrated. Drink 10 glasses of water a day. Do not prick the patches. This causes infection.  Go for a natural treatment by mixing olive oil, wheat bran, cream and butter. Apply and leave it for 20 minutes. This helps to get rid of patches.

EXCESS OIL: Poor hygiene, consumption of oily, junk food causes oily skin. This leads to pimples and acne.
REMEDY: Wash your face as frequently as possible with an oil-free cleanser. Use hot or lukewarm water as it dissolves the oil and washes it away. Work out! It cleans out the skin pores of excess oil in form of sweat.

Hope these simple tips will help to keep a flawless skin! Follow these and you’ll definitely see a difference!
