The reason for this is that the swelling caused due to the sting will not get worse. So make sure that you apply ice or cold water for at least 10-15 minutes. Reapply if needed.

Take a butter knife and remove the poison, if there is any from the wound, by scraping it gently.

Garlic

Cloves of the garlic is a quick and effectual remedy to get rid of the bee sting, reduce inflammation and also provide relief.

Basil, Onions And Honey

These three ingredients can be used separately to treat the wound or sting or can also be combined. All three of them provide respite from the pain caused because of the wound while relieving the symptoms. What you can do is simply crush the leaves of the basil along with taking some onion juice and honey then then mix it together. Apply on the wound and let it stay for at least 30 minutes before washing it off.
