Continue with this process until the sugar granules dissolve on the elbow. Repeat this on the other elbow.Later wash off the area with normal water. Coconut Oil And Lime Juice
Take 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a small bowl and mix 2 teaspoons of lime juice into it. Apply this mixed solution on the elbows and let it settle for about half an hour. Later take a towel and soak it in hot water for some time.Squeeze out the excess water from it and wrap it around the elbow and keep it intact for 10 minutes.
