2. Yogurt, Chickpea Powder And Mustard Oil

Another most common product we find at home is curd or yogurt. Take a cup of non flavored yogurt. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard oil and 1 tablespoon of chickpea powder. Mix well and apply the paste on your whole body.
