It can have associated pain and discomfort. Moderate to severe pain is experienced by patients suffering from internal bleeding caused by hemorrhoids. There can be tightness associated with pain in the abdominal region due to these conditions. Internal bleeding due to diverticular disease in old aged individuals can lead to weakness. It can restrict the ability to do normal chores.
