Hydrogen Peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide is a very good cleansing agent. This chemical helps to remove any hard debris and loosen the plaque and tartar. To prepare the hydrogen peroxide solution, mix the undiluted chemical with water in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. one part hydrogen peroxide and one part water. Now fill your mouth with this diluted solution and swish it from side to side ensuring that it reaches all the areas of the mouth.

This swishing must be continued for two minutes to be effective. Spit it out after some time and rinse with plain water. This will ensure the cleaning of the mouth even in the hard to reach areas, thus rinsing out the plaque tartar and the infection causing bacteria.
