Cover this with sterile gauze. After about three hours or so, wash it off with some lukewarm water. Repeat application thrice daily. Sugar is known to draw water out from wounds onto the gauze, resulting in speedy healing.

This plant with its thick, spiky leaves has powerful healing capabilities. Simply take an aloe leaf and cut it open from below. Scoop out some aloe gel and apply directly over the wound.
